    The Urswick School hosts talk by Turner Prize winning artist Richard Deacon

    Renowned sculptor Richard Deacon visited The Urswick School this morning for an A Level art conference, where he spoke to students about his work. The event, facilitated by Young Hackney, was also attended by students from other Hackney schools, including Haggerston School, Stoke Newington School, The Petchey Academy, Bridge Academy and Skinners’ Academy.
