Parent Consultation Day

Many thanks to parents in Year 7 and Year 9 who attended face-to-face meetings with teachers on 16th June. Other parents chose to have telephone discussions which I hope were useful.

100 parents of children in Year 7 and Year 9 completed our questionnaire. Thank you for the really positive feedback:

94% of parents agreed or strongly agreed with the statement ‘My Child Enjoys School’.

98% of parents agreed or strongly agreed ‘My child is safe and well cared for at school’.

99% of parents agreed that they would ‘recommend this school to another parent’.

100% of parents supported the school’s decision to offer a free lunch to every child – which saves working parents £540 per child per year.

One parent wrote ‘I would like to say excellent to all the teachers. Thank you all.’ A Year 7 parent wrote ‘A lovely morning getting to know all the teachers’.
